final transaction total.     For example:   $20.00 x 1.0416668 = $20.83    less the bank's 4% = $20.00
This is why we add 4.16668%.     The bank slugs us 4% on every card transaction, so this is a much
fairer user-pay system. This does not apply to Cash or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) transactions.
This is more commonly known throughout the business world as a Merchant Service Fee or M.S.F.
